MDA receives approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S.

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. and Loral Space & Communications Inc. were notified by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (“CFIUS”) that CFIUS had concluded its review of the proposed purchase of Space Systems/Loral, Inc.
