Sierra Nevada Corporation to acquire Orbital Technologies Corporation

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the Orbital Technologies Corporation (ORBITEC) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SNC. ORBITEC is a subsystems integrator and high technology development company.
