Emergency landing for satellite en route to Baikonur

A plane carrying a European satellite [apparently Astra 2G] on the way to the Baikonur cosmodrome has made an emergency landing at the airport of Ulyanovsk in Russia, a spokesperson for the Volga Investigative Committee on Transport
