Northrop Grumman qualifies rad-hard 1Mbit EEPROM nonvolatile memory

Northrop Grumman Corporation recently completed qualification testing of the W28C0108 1Mbit electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) semiconductor device for radiation-hardened space applications.
