Delay of the day: PSLV/Cartosat-3

Airbus presents new antenna for satellites

Airbus, ESA and Eutelsat presented the new ground breaking multibeam active antenna payload at Airbus in Madrid. Airbus’ ELSA+ (ELectronically Steerable Antenna+) is a first for commercial satellite communications in Europe.

ITU Members agree to new milestones for NGSOs

Delegates representing International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Member States have agreed at the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19) in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, to adopt a new milestone-based approach for the deployment of non-geostationary satellite (NGSO) systems in specific radio-frequency bands and services.
