Europe Decides in December Whether to Launch Its Own Astronauts. The Money Comes Later.

ESA’s director general used the first fireside chat of World Space Business Week to set out what ministers will be asked in Rome on Dec. 15, a scope that runs from the rocket to crew recovery. Funding follows through ESA’s usual subscription process.
