ATK to seek Investment Canada Act approval for MDA acquisition

Alliant Techsystems announced that it will file an Investment Canada Act (ICA) Registration relating to its planned acquisition of the Information Systems and Geospatial Businesses of MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates .
