IDMI to launch DVB S2 broadband platform on NSS-7

IDMI, the international arm of IDM, Lebanon’s leading ISP with more then 125000 users, has contracted 40 MHz on SES New Skies’ NSS-7 satellite to introduce a new DVB S2 SCPC broadband platform serving customers in the Middle East and Africa.

COM DEV gets approval to buy passive microwave devices product line

COM DEV USA, LLC, a subsidiary of COM DEV International Ltd. , announced that it been granted regulatory approval from the Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for its acquisition of the passive microwave devices product line from L-3 Communications Electron Technologies Inc. (ETI).

JHU/APL to build NASA’s Solar Probe
