Space Systems/Loral said it has finalised a previously announced satellite contract award to provide a new spacecraft to Intelsat.

Development of China’s regional navsat system slightly delayed

Chinese state media said the country would launch more Beidou satellites in 2009. The completion of the planned regional navigation system appears to be delayed by a year or so, though.
