Raytheon submits final proposal for GOES-R ground segment

Raytheon Company has submitted its final proposal for the development of the ground segment for NOAA’s (U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) next-generation Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite R series, known as GOES-R.
