TerreStar Europe submits CDR milestone certification

TerreStar Europe Limited, a European mobile communications provider and an indirect, majority-owned subsidiary of TerreStar Corporation, announced that it has submitted a filing to the European Commission certifying that it had complied with the Critical Design Review milestone of the Pan-European 2GHz MSS S-band selection and spectrum authorisation process.
