Aurora to study balloon launches from the surface of Mars

NASA has awarded Aurora Flight Sciences, and its partner Vertigo Inc., a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) Phase I contract to develop an autonomous balloon launcher to operate from the surface of Mars.
