China Satcom businesses to be split between China Telecom and CASC

China Satellite Communications Corporation (China Satcom) is permitted to merge into China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) and become the latter’s wholly-owned subsidiary, the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announced.
