Surround sound is presently available for very low prices. When this technology debuted in incarnations which allowed it to be used in home theaters, it required several different components, a variety of speakers and, usually, some technological knowledge to set up and configure.

While selected components of the NPOESS programme have made progress over the past year, the programme is once again over budget and behind schedule, the U.S. Government Accountability Office said in a recently published report titled “Polar-Orbiting Environmental Satellites: With Costs Increasing and Data Continuity at Risk, Improvements Needed in Tri-agency Decision Making.”
