Next GLONASS three-pack is complete

JSC Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems said it has completed the GLONASS-M32 satellite. Its launch in cluster #40 is scheduled for September 2009.

NRO-L21 failure still unexplained

Two and a half years after it suddenly failed, the reason for the total loss of the military NRO-L21 (USA 193) satellite is still unknown.
