Intelsat-16 pre-launch details

An International Launch Services Proton M/Briz M is to launch Intelsat-16 directly into geostationary orbit on 12 February. The launch window opens at 0039 UTC. It will be the first ILS/Proton launch in 2010.

Telespazio renews contracts with Eutelsat

Telespazio has renewed leases on two satellites operated by Eutelsat Communications for professional video contribution services and the outside broadcast purposes of RAI, Italy’s national public broadcaster.
