Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) has signed contracts with ISS-Reshetnev and Thales Alenia Space France on the development of three spacecraft: two Direct-To-Home satellites, Ekspress-AT1 and Ekspress-AT2, and the telecommunications satellite Ekspress-AM8.
