ISRO plans two launches in December

ISRO plans to launch four satellites in December using two rockets, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) director P.S. Veeraghavan was quoted as saying. He added the agency is working towards the goal of doubling the number of rocket launches to eight per year.
