First mission of new Sea Launch in 2011

It will possibly take another year until Sea Launch resumes launch activities, the head of the Russian Rocket and Space Corporation Energia said.

Support hardware delivered for JWST Pathfinder

Four Secondary Mirror Support Structure (SMSS) struts for the James Webb Space Telescope’s (JWST) pathfinder were delivered in late August to Northrop Grumman Corporation by teammate Alliant Techsystems (ATK).

Japan plans in-orbit backup for new radar satellites
