The payload of six Globalstar satellites for Arianespace’s upcoming Soyuz mission has been encapsulated in the protective ST payload fairing at Baikonur Cosmodrome, clearing the way for its integration on the launch vehicle for lift-off on 19 October. Lift-off of the Soyuz 2 is scheduled for 1710 UTC.

ISRO has ruled out possibility of the stuxnet worm attacking its INSAT-4B satellite, resulting in 12 of its 24 transponders shutting down, the Times of India reported.
