Hughes wins U.S. Air Force satellite study contract

Hughes Network Systems, LLC announced it was awarded a US$495,000 contract by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to conduct an architectural study of commercial communications satellite (COCOMSAT) systems capabilities.
