More JAXA satellite support for disaster mitigation in Japan

The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) set up a satellite communication connection using the Engineering Test Satellite VIII “Kiku No. 8″ (ETS-VIII) to support disaster mitigation measures following the Tohoku Region Pacific Ocean coastal earthquake.
