Rocket: Soyuz 2.1-a; Payload: six Globalstar satellites; Date: 13 July 2011, 0227 UTC; Launch site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan. The upper stage injected the six second-generation satellites into the targeted low Earth orbit of approximately 920 km.

The launch of a Delta IV rocket carrying the GPS IIF-2 payload for the Air Force is being postponed 24 hours to allow the GPS spacecraft team time to complete assessment and coordination of satellite readiness to launch.
