U.S. uses secret satellites to examine dead bird on orbit — report

The U.S. Defense Department has used two mysterious microsatellites to inspect its failed DSP 23 early warning satellite, Spaceflight Now reports. The manoeuvre remains mysterious, though, and might be little more than a covert public relations operation.
