Energomash to double production of rocket engines

COM DEV gets approval to buy passive microwave devices product line

COM DEV USA, LLC, a subsidiary of COM DEV International Ltd. , announced that it been granted regulatory approval from the Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for its acquisition of the passive microwave devices product line from L-3 Communications Electron Technologies Inc. Key climate sensor restored to NPOESS

A sensor considered critical in monitoring global climate will be restored to the first satellite scheduled to fly in the National Polar-Orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System (NPOESS) top officials from the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NASA, and the U.S. Air Force said.

ATK test fires space shuttle reusable solid rocket motor

Alliant Techsystems said it conducted a successful test firing of NASA’s space shuttle reusable solid rocket motor (RSRM) as part of continuous testing to improve performance and ensure safety of the space shuttle and to aid development of the first stage of Ares I.
