SpaceDev completes third milestone under NASA Space Act Agreement

SpaceDev, Inc. said it recently completed its third significant milestone under the Space Act Agreement signed with NASA in June 2007; the Internal Space Vehicle Propulsion Module Preliminary Design Review (PDR).
