Ariane 5 ECA to be tweaked

According to Arianespace’s annual report, minor modifications are planned to be made to the Ariane 5 ECA in order to increase its payload capacity by 400 kg. Part of the problem is the recent trend towards smaller satellites, which makes it harder to find matching satellites for dual launches.
