Sea Launch to pay HNS after launch contract termination

An arbitration panel has ordered Sea Launch Co. to pay Hughes Network Systems (HNS) about US$52 million in connection with a terminated launch contract, Boeing said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange.
