ABS announces manufacturer for its second satellite

The Spanish communications service provider and satellite operator Hispasat S.A. and OHB-System AG, a subsidiary of the European space and technology group OHB Technology AG, have signed a contract for the construction and testing of the satellite for the first Small GEO mission.
