China launches new experimental satellite

Rocket: Chang Zheng 2C; Payload: Shijian 11-01; Date: 12 November 2009, 0245 UTC; Site: Jiuquan satellite launch centre. The spacecraft was deployed into a 688 km x 98.3 degrees orbit.
