Intelsat-14 launch delayed

The launch of Intelsat-14 aboard an Atlas V, scheduled for 14 November at 0548 UTC, was scrubbed so that engineers can troubleshoot a temporary power interruption in an electronics component used to control flight events on the Atlas booster.
