Commercial court dismisses NTDTV claim against Eutelsat

The case brought against Eutelsat by the NTDTV channel relating to the switch-off of its broadcasts to South-East Asia following the failure that affected the W5 satellite during the night of 16 to 17 June 2008 has been dismissed by the Tribunal de Commerce (commercial court) of Paris.
