Russia launches next-gen spy satellite

Rocket: Soyuz-U; Payload: Kosmos 2455; Date: 20 November 2009, 1044 UTC; Site: Plesetsk, Russia. The military satellite was deployed in an initial 200 km x 905 km x 67.2 degrees orbit nine minutes after lift-off.
