Update: MDA to provide components for two new Ekspress satellites

Thales Alenia Space has confirmed it was no longer involved in the construction of the Ekspress-AM5 and -AM6 satellites that are being built by ISS Reshetnev. TAS apparently has been replaced by Canada’s MDA.
