The launch of a Proton-M/Briz-M with Eutelsat’s W7 satellite from Baikonur, Kazakhstan, was postponed for (at least) 24 hours. There are no technical issues concerning the Proton rocket or the satellite; the delay seems to have been caused by the Kazakh government.
