Commercial court dismisses NTDTV claim against Eutelsat

The case brought against Eutelsat by the NTDTV channel relating to the switch-off of its broadcasts to South-East Asia following the failure that affected the W5 satellite during the night of 16 to 17 June 2008 has been dismissed by the Tribunal de Commerce (commercial court) of Paris.

Svalbard to receive AIS data for exactEarth

Atlantis lifts off to ISS on STS-129 mission

Space shuttle Atlantis lifted off at 1928 UTC today carrying supplies and spare parts for the International Space Station to extend its life past the 2010 retirement of the aging shuttle fleet.
