U.S. Naval Research Laboratory engineers have completed all environmental and performance testing on the TacSat-4 COMMx payload. This completes the entire TacSat-4 spacecraft as the spacecraft bus was completed in May 2008.

With the New Year steadily approaching, we all have our minds set on new beginnings and making a fresh start. In fact, one of our biggest traditions for celebrating the start of a New Year is to make resolutions, usually focused on how we will make ourselves better or what we will vow to give up. Why not make your resolution this year something fun and attainable? Forget about the tired old traditional resolutions like quitting smoking, joining a gym, losing weight, etc. We all know that although we may begin January 1st with good intentions, these promises to ourselves more often than not turn out to be quite unfruitful. This year, make a resolution you know you will stick to; make a resolution to take your home entertainment system to the next level with satellite TV.

There are no shortage of choices that consumers have to make when it comes to picking out products that are somewhat similar yet markedly different: paper or plastic, Mac or PC, and of course, cable or satellite are just some of the choices there are to make. The only problem is, sometimes it is slightly difficult to tell if one good actually has an edge over the other, or if both exist for people with different needs and wants.
