New launch date for NASA’s WISE

The launch of NASA’s Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer, or WISE, spacecraft aboard a Delta II rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California has been rescheduled for Monday, 14 December.

Proton M with three GLONASS-M moves to launch pad

Following the Russian State Commission’s decision, the three GLONASS-M spacecraft to be launched aboard a Proton M were moved from the launch vehicle assembly and test building to Launch Pad 81.

Chinese company uses Telstar 18 to serve NATO in Afghanistan

Telesat announced that IoStar International Limited of Hong Kong is now utilising more than a full Ku-band transponder on Telesat’s Telstar 18 satellite to serve the communications needs of NATO troops in Afghanistan.
