Many people ask this question because they want to know if satellite is worth the investment. The truth is that when satellite first appeared a few years ago, it couldn’t offer anything more than local stations and basic cable. Furthermore, the installation was expensive and time consuming. A few years ago, satellite TV was not worth the trouble. Today, however, satellite offers incredible programming at reasonable prices. For this reason, now, basic cable and local stations can’t offer anything close to what satellite can provide. Satellite is as good as it gets when it comes to home entertainment.
