The days of the dingy old dive bar with a worn out jukebox may not quite have fizzled out, quite yet, but when it comes to the world of high end hospitality, the modern scene is anything but bare bones. With 4 out of 5 new restaurants failing within the first year, it seems like a lot of would-be restaurateurs are going into the business with a lot of ambition and a plan that leaves the foundation a little shaky.
