RF Interference Examples

In a wireless system EMI often does not cause problems in providing quality reception but it does cause problems in providing quality service. Typically a wireless operator will raise or lower tower height, add radios or change system configurations in an attempt to eliminate service problems. These approaches do not work when EMI strikes. As the following three instances demonstrate, well-designed shielding systems provided cost-effective and lasting solutions.

Satellite TV Spanish Language Options

Satellite TV became the first provider of premium home television service to offer national distribution of Univision HD and TeleFutura HD networks. This marks the beginning of their High Definition expansion to more than 160 HD channels. Certain Satellite TV providers are also launching Univision and TeleFutura local stations in HD in top Hispanic markets soon, in anticipation of the 2010 FIFA World Cup this summer in South Africa.
