GLONASS constellation almost complete after latest launch

Rocket: Proton M/Block DM; Payload: three GLONASS navigation satellites (Kosmos-2464, Kosmos-2465, Kosmos-2466); Date: 2 September 2010, 0053 UTC; Launch Site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan. The launcher successfully delivered to orbit three satellites to supplement the GLONASS M constellation.
