Choosing to make the jump from an outdated TV to a new high definition one can be a huge decision. Many wonder if the expense of a high definition TV is really worth it. If you are trying to make up your mind, here are a few things that you may not have considered. High definition TVs have changed a lot. If you are remembering those power guzzling expensive sets from years past, be aware that things have changed since then. New high definition TVs are much clearer, more environmentally friendly and an overall better TV set than the ones produced just a few years back. If you haven’t looked at high definition TVs lately, you have no idea what you are missing.

China to launch second moon probe soon

China’s second lunar probe, Chang’e-2, is set to launch from Xichang. Lift-off could occur on the National Day, i.e. 1 October, reports have said.

TAS, Zodiac team up on traffic monitoring, interference prevention

During the Satellite Users Interference Reduction Group (SUIRG) annual conference from 28 to 30 September in San Francisco, Thales Alenia Space and Zodiac Data Systems are announcing that they plan to team up on solutions for the monitoring of satellite transmissions and protection against interference, whether intentional or not.

Integral software to control four more Boeing 702 satellites

Andrews Space to develop imaging nanosatellite for U.S. Army
