Bleak outlook for DVB-SH in Europe – La Tribune

Not long ago, mobile TV [digital video broadcasting satellite service to handhelds (DVB-SH)] were to be the next big thing. But in Europe, neither of the two licensed services is likely to take up commercial broadcasts before May 2011 as required in their licenses, La Tribune reports.
