Permira Funds complete acquisition of Asia Broadcast Satellite

Ace Investments 1 Limited, a company advised by the Permira funds, announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of Kingsbridge Limited, the holding company for Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS).
