Rocket: Chang Zheng 3C; Payload: Tian Lian 1B (Tianlian 1B, TL-1B, CTDRS-1B); Date: 11 July 2011, 1541 UTC; Launch Site: Xichang Satellite Launch Center, China. The satellite is a tracking and data relay satellite similar to the United States’ TDRS spacecraft.
