Globalstar satellites to help track aircraft

Alaskan based ADS-B Technologies LLC said it has teamed with Globalstar, Inc. to develop a satellite based air traffic control management system. ADS-B Technologies is to use its proprietary ADS-B Link Augmentation System ALAS technology on Globalstar’s Second – Generation satellite network.
