Experimental Chinese satellite lost in Chang Zheng failure

China’s experimental satellite SJ-11-04 [ Shi Jian 11-04], which was launched by a Chang Zheng 2C rocket 18 August, failed to enter the designated orbit due to a malfunction of the rocket, Xinhua reported.
