Proton M lifts off with QuetzSat 1

Rocket: Proton M/Briz M; Payload: QuetzSat 1; Date: 29 September 2011, 1832 UTC; Launch site: Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Separation of the satellite after five burns of the upper stage is expected at 0345 UTC on 30 September (too late for this issue).
