GAO says GOES-R costs and schedule present ongoing risks

The U.S. House of Representatives’ Committee on Science and Technology’s Subcommittee on Energy and Environment held a hearing on the National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Geostationary Weather Satellite System.
